Jewelry by Candy begins each purchase, custom order, personalized piece, or made-to-order design with a personal conversation with Candy Wilson. Online checkout is coming soon. The details below apply to custom work arranged directly with Candy.

Purchasing Options

Jewelry shown in the Collection is currently available by inquiry unless otherwise noted. Candy will personally confirm availability, pricing, materials, timing, and payment instructions before an order is finalized. Sold or inspiration pieces may be used to begin a conversation about a similar or custom creation.

All custom and personalized work—including birthstone, family, mother's, grandmother's, and baby jewelry—is arranged through personal consultation with Candy Wilson.

Candy may create custom pieces using selected gemstones, pearls, crystals, metal components, unique pendants, specialty clasps, and other design details.

Quotes and Pricing

After reviewing your inquiry, Candy provides a personalized quote based on the requested design, materials, complexity, and timeline. A quote is not a confirmed order until you accept it in writing and any required deposit is received.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. After that, pricing may change based on material costs and availability. Custom order deposits and final payments are arranged directly with Candy.

Deposits

Custom and personalized pieces may require a deposit to begin production. The deposit amount, refundability, and final payment timing will be stated in the quote or order confirmation before work begins.

Revisions and Approvals

The revision process, number of included design changes, and any additional revision fees will be confirmed before production begins. Production starts only after the final design is approved.

Production Timeline

Production estimates are provided after the design and materials are confirmed. Timelines vary based on design complexity, material availability, and current workload. Availability for rush requests will be confirmed directly with Candy before the order begins.

Material Availability and Substitutions

If a specific material becomes unavailable, Candy will propose alternatives for your approval before proceeding. No substitution is made without your consent.

Natural Variation

Because pieces may use pearls, gemstones, and other handcrafted materials, variations in color, shape, size, markings, and overall appearance are expected and are part of the handcrafted character of each piece.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If production has not begun, a full or partial refund of the deposit may be available. Once materials are purchased or production has started, deposits may be nonrefundable.

Repairs and Resizing

Repair and resizing eligibility depends on the piece, its construction, and the nature of the request. Contact Candy directly to discuss repair needs.

Design Variations

Because pieces are handcrafted and may use stones, pearls, crystals, and specialty materials, slight variations in color, shape, size, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the handcrafted character of each piece.
