Purchasing and Inquiries
Jewelry shown in the Jewelry by Candy Collection is currently offered by inquiry unless otherwise noted. Online checkout is coming soon. Candy will confirm availability, pricing, materials, timing, and payment instructions before an order is finalized.
All availability, pricing, materials, timelines, customization options, and order details for custom or inquiry-based pieces are confirmed directly with Candy.
Online Checkout
Direct online checkout is currently being finalized and is not required to purchase or inquire about a piece. Until checkout is activated, orders are arranged directly with Candy. When online checkout becomes available, applicable payment, shipping, and order terms will be shown before purchase.
Payments
Payment amount, method, and instructions are confirmed as part of the order process. If a third-party payment processor is used, payment credentials are handled by that provider according to its own privacy and security practices. Jewelry by Candy does not ask customers to submit full card credentials through the inquiry form.
Prices and Pricing Errors
Jewelry by Candy strives to provide accurate pricing. Because many pieces are one of a kind or inquiry-based, if the price confirmed directly with Candy for the specific piece or custom order differs from preliminary website information, the confirmed price controls. Pricing is subject to change until an order is confirmed.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax, when required, will be included or communicated as part of the finalized order. Tax treatment may vary based on the transaction and delivery location.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Jewelry by Candy reserves the right to decline or cancel an order before completion. If Jewelry by Candy cancels an order after receiving payment, the amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded.
Because many pieces are one of a kind, an inquiry does not reserve an item. Any reservation period and payment deadline will be confirmed directly with Candy.
One-of-a-Kind Product Availability
Most Jewelry by Candy pieces are unique, one-of-a-kind creations. Inventory is limited, often to a single piece. Once a one-of-a-kind piece is sold, it cannot be reproduced exactly.
Sold pieces remain visible in the Collection for reference. Customers may inquire about a similar custom creation, but handmade custom work will vary and will not be an exact duplicate.
Handmade Variations
All jewelry is handcrafted. Natural variations in gemstones, pearls, stones, beads, metal details, and design elements may occur and contribute to the individual character of each piece. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the photograph shown.
Customer Communication Consent
By providing your contact information through an inquiry or confirmed order, you consent to receive communications needed to respond to the inquiry or fulfill the order. Promotional email or text communications are optional and require separate consent through the website where offered.
Jewelry Images and Availability
Jewelry shown on this website may include available pieces, previously sold pieces, one-of-a-kind designs, custom-created items, inspiration pieces, event pieces, or gallery examples.
Because many Jewelry by Candy pieces are handcrafted and one of a kind, availability may change and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed directly by Candy.
Custom Orders
Custom jewelry requests are reviewed personally. Pricing, materials, deposits, timelines, design changes, and completion details will be discussed before any order is finalized.
